AI VIDEO FORENSICS 5.0 — VIDEO-ONLY FORENSIC EXAMINATION I examined the supplied 20.6-second MP4 independently, using the video itself as the sole source of evidence. External claims, captions, identities, social-media context and audio were excluded from the visual analysis. FILE: • H.264/AVC, 720×1280 • 619 frames • 30 fps • ~20.63 s video duration • ~1.57 Mbps video bitrate • regular ~33.33 ms frame timing • keyframes at ~3-second intervals METHOD: The video was first surveyed at ~1 fps for scene structure and intervals of interest. All 619 original frames were then computationally examined for temporal change. Critical intervals were returned to the original 30 fps frames for inspection. RESULTS: No Level-3 or Level-4 robust geometric, temporal or physical constraint violation was detected. The central subjects, surrounding people and background remain temporally continuous across the examined sequence. Object permanence is consistent. Observed occlusions are geometrically coherent. Visible body and arm movements remain continuous across consecutive original frames. No exact duplicate adjacent decoded frames were detected. No robust evidence of a hard scene cut or freeze-frame sequence was detected. Frame presentation timing is regular and consistent with 30 fps. The strongest anomaly occurs at ~13.6 s: a brief, extreme brightness/color disturbance accompanied by block-like degradation. Original-frame inspection shows the disturbance developing across consecutive frames and then returning to the same spatial scene. This anomaly is compatible with ordinary optical/capture/encoding mechanisms including a strong light disturbance or nearby bright/reflective object, exposure response and H.264 compression effects. It therefore does not constitute a robust manipulation constraint violation. IMPORTANT LIMITATION: This analysis cannot establish the complete provenance of the file or exclude prior processing that left no detectable contradiction in this compressed 720×1280 H.264 version. FORENSIC CONCLUSION: No robust geometric, temporal or physical contradiction was found in the tested video evidence. The ~13.6 s disturbance is a reproducible anomaly, but its cause is indeterminate and ordinary capture/encoding explanations remain compatible with the evidence.
