That's his right. And when you talk about neck and spine type injuries, I completely get it.

1. Why do you get it? It's in the past. He seems like a pretty open guy. I don't quite "get it". 2. Are NFL teams really required to keep it confidential or they just do so as courtesy? Seems rare for them to withhold such information.

Because many people are sensitive about serious health and injury issues and believe that they should be kept private. They don't think it's everybody's business.

I kinda felt nature of the business in NFL is that health and injury info is forefront for the world to see. But noted, I'll move on.
