Watts v United States is SCOTUS case law that explicitly sets death threats as exclusions to First Amendment protections. 18 U.S.C. § 871 is a law that makes it specifically illegal to threaten the President. The only question is whether these comments made are "true threats" and that's a matter for a jury to decide. Not a bunch of retards on the internet
