It does not matter if someone learns the gun was empty after the fact. Driver was in reasonable fear for their life at the time. That is what the law states, a judge makes the determinations later. Bitch should be booked for aggravated assault (threat of bodily harm).

Police refused to check into someone who pointed a gun at a delivery driver? Hope Amazon refuses to deliver to that address. She's made it clear she is not willing to receive any, so Amazon should not give any drivers anything going to that address. Too risky for them.
