Flock being used against a citizen in retaliation for exercising his first amendment right ----- Jones was in a private parking lot across the street from a police officer he was recording on his phone. The officer saw him recording and came over and harassed him, pulled him out of his car and arrested him. He then berates the worker for having to take breaks and repeatedly taunts and asks for his package now. What if the man had an expensive delivery and he had somewhere to go and that’s why when he saw the driver he wanted to get it early, should the delivery driver have just given it to him?
