@leveliquid I’ve gotten way better results with baby oil compared to mouse milk. As for the light box, I just made a new one using a piece of wood and cut a hole in the center slightly bigger than glass size to leave room for led strip. Dm if u have any questions ✊🏿

You’re wrong about a lot of what u wrote in the article. A ferrocell and mag viewing film are only similar in that they both allow the viewing of magnetism. Mag view film only shows velocity whereas ferrocell shows the 3d force vector of the loss of energy from dielectric

You cannot view magnetism. You can view the reflections of light off the nano particles in the ferrofluid making up the viewing film or the ferrocell. The dark spots and light spots are the nanoparticles reflecting light from changing angles. You're not viewing the magnetic fields directly at all. Velocity of what, relative to what? The magnet and the viewing film/ferrocell are stationary relative to the magnet. Dielectric is another word for "insulator". There is no insulator to the solid ferrous metal of a magnet. I stand by my statements.

Technically we aren’t observing magnetism. According to faraday, it’s the dielectric field. I get where you’re coming from, a more atomistic approach, but I just fundamentally disagree with that. It’s all good. I don’t think we will change each others minds in this exchange tho
