Commander Magyar said Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces struck 10 power substations on July 28-29: six in Russian-occupied Crimea and four in occupied parts of Kherson and Luhansk regions. The targets included 330, 220 and 110 kV substations in Kerch, Feodosia, Yevpatoria, Kairka, Pershokostiantynivka and Zaporizke.
