Marathi youth wants “deks job”, very few opt for skill development & crafts Earlier painters were all from Konkan, now there are from other states

Exactly.

Is Bhau Torsekar aware that laborers are offered the lowest rates? Migrants from Bihar are alone here, their std of living also might be much much low as compared to the one in Maharashtra. And a local here has his family too. It's easy to make stand alone statements.

In Mumbai's construction sector, 60% of the workers are from Bangladesh. We have to send them back at any cost. I suppose they must be working for lower wages?

He is very correct . Bihari labors are backbones of many infrastructure projects .

Marathi Youth doesn't seems to be interested in Labour Incentive Jobs, and Prefer more 9-5 Kind of Job... Hence Influx of Biharis /UPites...

During Covid time, all migrant workers moved back to their home states affecting all the construction works later. Even there were scarcity of barbers, electricians, plumbers, painters, etc. I have never come across any skilled Marathi workers in my city.

Youngers cannot do hamali or working in construction or road projects as labourers. Quarter & VPav is a must and they will keep on ranting at shakhas..
