This captivating narrative has emerged from numerous poorman experiments and showcases the potential for an ongoing series of bite-sized episodes, each lasting under a minute. How I did do it? 1. Challenges: • I wish I had a treadmill to actually look like I'm walking. • I was lucky with frame consistency. Except for the wide shot that fuzzed my face (me on the couch). I re-did the shot on Kaiber in a close-up and manually key-framed my face on that wide shot. • I couldn't do much about the buggy eyes in the last clip. • No butterflies were harmed in this video. How long did it take: • A day and a half with tons of happy accidents • How long will it take you? Probably much longer if you don't know how to shoot, edit, design, composite, edit sound, or know where to look for assets. But it's not impossible! What's the plan? To continue the story while still learning and experimenting along the way. This is a much longer process. Very tiring. Might try doing it weekly or bi-weekly. What's the story about? In the quest to escape Reet, everyone yearns for freedom. Ricardo, however, carries a hint of cynicism. He finds pleasure in the disorder and may seem reluctant to lend a hand. Nevertheless, the encounters with diverse characters along his odyssey will ignite a transformation within him, although not without challenges. There was a couch in the conference room. Musk chose the floor. Musk: “I stopped using the couch in the little conference room and just slept on the floor under my desk so that during shift change, the entire team could see me.” This is not a story about sacrifice. So yeah, after watching it yesterday for the 5th #ChristmasDay in a row, there is no denial: Patty Jenkins’s #WonderWoman1984 became my Post-Covid #Christmas movie staple. I think I’ll never forget the preview night when it came out, with the film in theatres during just a short evening, because of the announcement that, from that night or, depending on the city, on the following day which was supposed to be its opening day, all theatres would be closed for the following 6 months in the U.K. The rush to get to the nearest theatre still open that evening when the lockdown announcement came, we had to go all the way from London to Maidenhead to be able to watch it on that THU, as the preview screenings that evening in London were being canceled… I was so excited for that film for over 2 years, and somehow I knew that would be the one and only opportunity to see it in theatres. And I was so damn right! I think I never understood, till that point, how much movies, movie theatres and the moviegoing experience were important to me. They’ve always been there as part of my life, I’ve always taken them for granted. Until, all of sudden, they weren’t. And for a moment, #WW84 would be the last blockbuster we would see in a movie theatre, for a long while. That day for me was like our last, desperate way to hold on to the old normal pre-Covid. And in a way, in my mind, I was saying good bye to those Pre-Covid times without even knowing it. When theatres reopened again, 6 months later, things never got back to where they were. On top of a period already challenging as it as, my mother passed away within that bleak period, 2 weeks before theatres reopened. While some say ironically or mockingly that we went through a Great Reset, to me it was a literal reset. A forced one I was never consulted about nor agreed with. But life goes on, and we had to move on with it - but never losing that hope deep inside that, one day, we would have that life pre-Covid back. And that’s how #WonderWoman1984 deeply connected with me, I believe even more on the following Christmas in 2021, when things got scarily more relatable after that tough year. The film had all the messages I needed just on the right time. All the social unrest, forced division and global turmoil that followed from 2021 onwards, mixed with that longing desire to have back a life and the people that I would never have again, it felt like that film was predicting what we were about to go through in the following years, while offering its perspective on how to - and how not to - deal with most of these phantoms. And every time I rewatch it, I appreciate it a bit more. All those beautiful, powerful messages still stand and they feel even more meaningful now than they already were back in DEC 2020. They remind me of what we used to be as society, but also remind me of what we still can be, depending on the path we decide to take. And I know, I know - on this app, that movie means different things for different people, or even it might be the case it feels meaningless for some. I totally understand, respect and appreciate the diversity of opinions around it, and I see where they are coming from. I’ll never fight about your own views about the movie or your experience with it. That’s the magic of the movies after all, resonate differently with different people, as a collective but diverse experience. But to me it has a deeper meaning, and I love revisiting it time and time again. Until next Christmas!

It has been about 45 days since I was laid off at my 6 figure gamedev/engineering job. Here's what I've accomplished since going full time indie gamedev. - Happiness is at all time highs.. The creative excitement I've felt everyday has been amazing! For about 15 days I kind of dabbled around different areas to figure out what I wanted to work on and sink myself into. - I dabbled with VFX authoring in Three.js - I built the basis of an MMO engine in Rust Language and rendered it in Three.js I then decided I wanted to focus on something realistic and get a game out the door that could turn me from wanting to be a full time indie gamedev, to actually doing it, because realistically none of those projects are going to make me a living. I settled on building a Roblox game because I felt I like I could make something pretty unique and cool with a built in userbase. I chose roblox because it has a good platform of discovery for new games, which I think is pretty crucial for indie devs. - I then ported Plume my threejs library for Niagra like VFX to Roblox. - completed the full gameloop for my roblox game. What's featured in the video - Several menu types for kind of figuring out the direction and some placeholder menus - Cross server guilds/parties/queing - Itemization - Loot Tables - Inventory - Character Equipment - Item Upgrading/Leveling - Some interaction polishing - 1 Completed class with actions, unique boss drops, vfx/sfx - Boss State Machines / Encounter Systems - 1 Boss encounter - Everything is server authorative to prevent cheating. - Sound system Over the next 45 days my focus is on finish the last of the systems that will make up the game(solo quest/mission(story) content, monster codex, move raid board/social from the isolated menu you see in the video to the newer full screen menus, leaderboards. Once those systems are complete it will be time to then focus on just creating content so hopefully a few of you out there will come join and play! I didn’t travel 18 hours just to meet someone. I traveled to witness the beginning of something unforgettable. The first time I saw #linglingkwong‌ was in Chiang Mai. I stood between her and Nong Orm, almost afraid to move, afraid to interrupt their space just listening, observing, absorbing the moment. She was calm, introverted, gentle. The first thing she asked me was, “Did you really fly 18 hours to come here?” than she said "Waww" That small question carried so much warmth. She smiled quietly while Orm spoke more. Watching, listening, present in her own peaceful way. Beauty on screen is one thing… but meeting her in real life is something entirely different. My real miracle moment came at the fancon. I was in a wheelchair, supported by security, struggling to walk. She noticed immediately. She remembered me from Chiang Mai. She asked with concern: “Are you okay? Do you need help? What happened?” Not out of politeness, but out of real care. She was more worried about me than I was about myself 😅 She even spoke to me on stage a lot, and I kept saying, “I’m okay, I’m okay don’t worry.” Later, at LEGO, the introvert side softened She talked more, She laughed.. We spoke for more than 7 minutes in beautiful, professional cute English🫠 I promised her Lebanese chocolate next time, our chocolate ranks among the top in the world 😇 She smiled and said, “Yes please, give it to my manager.” And now I truly believe 2026 must deliver that promise☺️ This is who #linglingkwong‌ truly is. Not only breathtakingly beautiful but emotionally intelligent, respectful, and deeply human. The way she walks, smiles, speaks, dances, listens everything carries elegance, and intelligence. She was born to shine but she also worked for every step. Nothing about her journey feels accidental. Discipline, patience, growth shaped the woman she is today. Her impact built on effort. Confidence built on consistency. A true leader in the making. 2025 was her beginning. A powerful year of visibility, growth, and becoming a #Dior Brand house Ambassador a global statement in itself. I was quoted $40,000 to replace my roof. It was only nine years old. Like, how is that possible? How are we thousands of years into this whole shelter thing and we still don't have anything better than asphalt shingles that crumble the second they get hit with hail like here in Texas? And I'm not the only one thinking about this because every time there's a hailstorm, entire neighborhoods get re-roofed. Insurance companies pay out billions. Insurance costs are through the roof. Homeowners are dealing with the chaos. And then we just put the same stupid, fragile shingles back on and wait for it to happen all over again. There has to be a better way. How do we have phones that can survive being dropped from buildings and cars that take impacts at high speed? We've got freaking rocket boosters landing themselves in the middle of the ocean But we can't make a roof that handles a little ice for falling from the sky. It just doesn't make sense. And when you see something like this, something that's clearly more durable, more advanced, something that actually solves the problem, you realize we've just been accepting mediocrity for way too long. It's not asphalt. It's engineered to last for decades. It's designed to take in impact. It looks better. It performs better. And it should have been the standard years ago. 5 Years in Crypto & 4 Years in Content Creation, Here’s How I’ve Grown In 2019, I was just a clueless college kid trying to change the AR/VR industry. I skipped college placements and grinded hackathons to find support for my idea. (Clip from those college days below!) Why AR/VR? After joining engineering college, one thing became clear: India is a rat race, best case scenario: life will force you into a stable growth trajectory, if you want asymmetrical growth, think outside the box. Pursue areas where there is no crowd maybe you’ll fail, or maybe you’ll change an industry. In 2020, we hit the jackpot. With Covid there was No more college to waste our time, we grew our startup, built a prototype, and sharpened our skills by freelancing AR/VR projects. By the end of 2020, we were so skilled that companies across India were flying us out to help with their projects. We were earning ₹2L/month each in our final semester of college. Our startup, Hovar, had 8 employees. Every single one went on to land 20+ LPA jobs after college. Most were just in their 2nd year when we hired them. In 2020, we got paid in Crypto for the first time. That’s when my crypto journey began, passive at first, since the startup kept me busy. In 2021, I had to move to Bangalore for a compulsory college internship. Hovar was paying me ₹2L/month for just 3 hours of work daily, but I saw no future in AR/VR. Apple’s headset was delayed, and interest in the industry was dying. It was time to say goodbye to the comfy ₹2L/month and find a new industry. Coincidentally, the crypto bull market had just begun. I searched YouTube and realized there was hardly any reliable, to the point source of up to date crypto education. That was the gap I needed. I started winding down Hovar and focused on content creation, while still working 9–6 at the office and grinding on personal projects till 2 AM every day. In April 2021, the second wave of COVID hit. I got lucky Youtube took off. Crypto was looking like a legit career. Hovar was gone, but now I had a full time job in Bangalore and a growing youtube channel. By October 2021, I took another leap. I quit my job to focus fully on content with daily lives, this was with less than 45K subs. Another BIG RISK! My only backup was 6 months of emergency fund. After November 2021, the crypto markets crashed. Money dried up, trading became impossible, and I had to take big losses just to save my portfolio. That phase taught me a lot about risk management and how it is easy to make profits in crypto but how hard it is to keep those profits. 2022 was a nightmare. Nobody was watching my videos. Crypto markets were a dumpster fire. I decided to double down, went deep into the space, made a plan to rebuild my portfolio, and invested everything I had. In 2023, the markets started to recover. My portfolio turned green. 2022, Bear markets had taught me lessons that many 2024 batch students are only learning now. I was consistently making profits with a locked in trade setup system (still use it today). My channel crossed 100K subs. It was time for the next step. I never got comfortable neither with Hovar, nor with my job, nor as a content creator. Building distribution had one goal: Build your own product. I began searching for what to build. Tried smaller services for crypto investors, but they couldn’t scale. Indians weren’t keen on crypto beyond niche group chats. Indian exchanges sucked. Billion-dollar giants existed, yet the experience was awful. I thought regulations were the reason but no. They had just grown too fast in 2021, and their tech wasn’t built to scale. That’s why Indian exchanges stutter compared to Bybit or Binance. But was this a problem worth solving? Not really, with heavily funded players and a tight knit ecosystem of people. I floated the idea of building my own exchange. Everyone said it was a terrible idea: bad regulations, no banking support, zero chance of funding, and most importantly why would an influencer, who could easily make 50–70% profits from exchange referrals, work this hard to build an exchange? It was indeed a huge risk. I would lose referral income (the main way influencers make money), burn through my savings, and go against giants. I passed. Risk seemed too high. But the audience changed my mind. Hundreds of comments daily complained about Indian exchanges withdrawal issues, trading engines failing during high volume, no real education beyond half-baked YouTube videos, and more. These problems were tough but solvable. Now I just needed the right people to build with people who wouldn’t second-guess the mission. In 2024, WazirX got hacked. Everyone realized Indian exchanges were not safe. The government wouldn’t help. A gap was forming. I had moved to Dubai, to meet passionate builder to help me build an exchange or at least show me a path and finally, after 6 months felt confident enough to start Fedhabit. Moved back to Banglore after 6 months, Announced the exchange to public in Jan 2025, now we’ve come a long way. It took a lot of effort: finding scalable tech, hiring people crazy enough to go against Goliaths with me, securing FIU registration, and finding a bank bold enough to take a chance on us. What a ride. With FedHabit Alpha successfully concluded, just a few steps remain before launch. And I’m told that’s when the real struggle begins. Let’s keep grinding. There is no gain without pain.

Let me tell you how I got into Sharks hockey: When I started watching the San Jose Sharks, they were in a playoff matchup vs the Colorado Avalanche back in 2010. I was really bored at home and flipping through channels when I discovered hockey. The 1st Sharks goal I had witnessed was Joe Pavelski tying the game with less than a minute to go in game 2. Man, was the Tank loud that night. I was excited. Of course, I didn't know who he was at the time, but I really liked him, so I started watching them more and more just because of Pavs. Not because I cared who won the game. Eventually, I started printing out their schedule and kept reading about who Joe Thornton was. Who Patrick Marleau was. Rob Blake. Devin Setoguchi. Douglas Murray. Danny Heatley. Raffi Torres 😈 Etc... Now, I can't go a day without mentioning the Sharks. They are literally part of my life. I cannot live without them. Overdramatic? Maybe, but I don't care. I keep seeing how the newer fans are flocking over to our fanbase because of Celebrini and Smith, and it just got me thinking about how I became a Sharks fan. I used to be just like them. Who am I to sit here and judge how or what they thinl when I used to be the same way? I know I haven't been 100% welcoming, and for that, I truly apologize if I had ever made any of you new Sharks fans unhappy. I can't speak for everybody, but we "old heads" need to be better when it comes to the new generation of fans. I just hope that the new fans, at some point, take the time to learn the history of the franchise we hold dear to our Teal Hearts.

✨ Progress on my drone sim 🚁 Drone of War: Removed my old giant city FBX, because 1) it wasn't made by AI, 2) it was way too big Made the scenery a sandy war land now and just generating my own 3d assets now with Cursor and Tripo (sponsors of #vibejam) Also removed the drone sound, I thought a drone operator probably doesn't hear the drone sound anyway (only if it's near them) and I was inspired by Denis Bondarev to add some sine wave sounds and it made some buddhist type dings that I really like The paradox of war + buddhist sounds is kinda interesting combo, there's something disturbing about drone warfare where it's just people remotely controlling it I wanted to capture that in a game Also added real soldiers models (also generated), they're static though, but they do move, but I need to make them move somehow, not sure how yet, soldiers shoot at you and try take you down Also need to add tanks and other military vehicles that drive around And then I need to add more of a gameplay element, I still think about multiplayer where you choose to be either a drone or a soldier/tank/etc so it's drone vs everyone else! P.S. I can't participate in the #vibejam as the organizer of course but I still like to make some fun games just for fun and to show the tools!

I risk telling this story so please, don't come after me because I did no harm to anyone or property, lol. I made sure to be respectful. This was years ago too. Below is the video I took of the story I'm about to tell. I muted the sound because I sound like an idiot, lol ☘️ *Disclaimer* DO NOT DO THIS! I DO NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE DOING THIS FOR OBVIOUS REASONS One evening, I'm walking around ND campus with a friend because it's beautiful out there (duh) and I make my way near the stadium as I usually do when I go for a walk on campus. I look through the gates just to peer down at the field, but then I notice a few people standing down on the field. The lights are off so I can't really see who, but definitely did not look like players or staff. So I think to myself... How did they get down there? That's when I look over to my left and notice the left most gate on the North side entrance is unlocked and just barely open! I weighed my options because I knew I wasn't supposed to go down there, but against my better judgement, I entered. Up to this point, I had never done a stadium tour so this is a part of the stadium I have never touched. This is where the video begins. So after getting through the gate and I freak out over how awesome this is and how nervous I was about getting caught, I slowly make my way down the tunnel to the field. It was incredible🥹 Everything looks bigger from field level too Once I initially take in the fact that I am standing at the entrance of the greatest stadium in the world, I decide, against my better judgement again, to walk out to mid field and take it all in. This is where the video ends. Off camera, I did run a 40 yard dash for the heck of it and I think it was close to a 4.3 😉 (more like a 5.3). Then I left! Took a small handful of field beads from the 50 yard line to remember the moment which I keep stored in a little ziplock bag Overall incredible experience as a fan though a horribly stupid thing to do. 10/10 glad I did it. 10/10 would never do that again Anyways, thanks for reading my little story on a Wednesday! Ending VA Benefits For Veterans The Federal Government Says This Will Save The Deficit $250 Billions Dollars Over The Next 10 Years Not all benefits are ending but for those whose family makes over a certain amount, they will cut your VA benefits “The federal government is proposing to stop and deny disability benefits to veterans who are already receiving disability benefits. And, if you don't quite understand what that means, let me break that down. Uncle Jerry, who was in Vietnam and lost both of his legs, made too much money last year and now the disability payments that he got for not having his legs are gonna be denied. So he will get 0 money to assist him in his life after losing his legs in service because he made a couple extra dollars more than what the federal government said that he should. Let's break this tidal wave of idiocy down so you could be as furious as I am. This might be the biggest topic I've ever tackled on this frickin' channel. Do you know who the congressional budget office is? I sure as hell don't. But apparently, it's the administration, the presidencies, this current presidency's way of trying to cut the slack. Find ways to spend less money. Hey, I'm all for that. That makes sense. Right? We're kinda Inflation's up a little bit. Normally a pretty boring job like an IRS auditor, but they put out a report, a suggestion, an option is what they call it, in order to lower the deficit, save about $250,000,000,000 over the next 10 years. And it's to take away benefits from veterans who have already been receiving benefits because they're disabled. It's like pulling the carpet out from somebody inside of crutches. It's like pushing an old lady in a wheelchair down the stairs. Throw in a clip of that. Now you might say AC, how? How could this possibly the stupid Stupid idea. How could this possibly, like, move forward? How and where is it even written here just saying a bunch of political mumbo jumbo? Give me riled up. Nope. Just as a heads up, all the links are gonna be below so you can read it for yourself. And, well, let's just get into this, shall we? A means test. VA disability compensation for veterans with higher income. Now what does a means test mean? Well, it's very simple. It means that if you can afford it, that means that you ain't gonna get no benefits. So if you got some money in the bank, You are not going to receive any compensation for your injuries you sustained and confirmed and under are receiving them while overseas or serving. Kind of like these people they're about to describe. In 2021, 5,200,000 veterans received disability compensation from the VA because of medical conditions. About 280,000. 4% of them receive compensation for the first time this year. Service connected disabilities vary widely in severity and type and include loss sublimb anxiety. You mean spicy memories, AKA PTSD? And hearing loss. Oh, great. You're listing out the people that will no longer be receiving their benefits because of those injuries that they received. Really make yourself the good guys. These are truly charitable angels because they're stopping giving money to the injured people that they sent overseas. 2022 base compensation rates range from a 150 to $3,330 per month. So $3,330 a month tax free is the maximum you can get for losing a leg overseas. Alright. We should probably take that away from them, the lazy Fox, not even walking around anymore, scooting around on a wheelchair. Okay. Let's continue. Here's my favorite paragraph that tells you the mindset of these dopes that wrote this up. In 2021, the VA paid out about a 110,000,000,000 in disability benefits, 4 times the amount that it paid in 2,000. Even though the number of veterans in the United States declined by more than 30%. Fifteen years ago, we were traveling with burned CD’s and cut up old blue jeans, stamped with “The Head And The Heart” to put the copies in. We had no expectations and a full tank of gas. We had songs and we had each other…Our roots had grown and we were about to begin a wild journey. In those early days before record labels and long tours, we had a demo of “Lost In My Mind” that we had recorded in our apartment in Seattle in late 2009. It was loose, imperfect, and honest in a way that only first attempts can be. We’re so excited to dust it off and present it to you today! Listening back to it, we’re transported to that apartment, when all that existed was belief in our songs and each other. On May 1st, we’re releasing a 15th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of our debut record. The album has been fully remastered, and we’re including seven additional demos and unreleased versions from those early days- songs before they were polished, before we knew where those roots would take us. There will be a limited vinyl pressing available, along with the release on all digital platforms. The vinyl run is small and once it’s gone, it’s gone. Preorders are live now: Over the last year, playing these songs again has brought us back to the beginning, to that feeling of possibility. And there’s way more coming soon.
