You can make a subsequent application during the restoration period (90 days from doc expiry) by paying the restoration fee, no issue.

Plesae dont advise for dummy applicaton or fake extension. No one should apply for an extension without LMIA or LMIA Exempt Offer or a Brdiging One. By saying lot of people doing it, you know it, you encourage it. Why ?

so inshort one rejected dummy application and realize that let us apply again visor record as RESTORATION. Still wrong?

Help your IT team cut through 'Are you down?' clutter with StatusCast’s Audience Specific Status Pages. Tailor your status page to each user's role and needs for effective incident communication.

I still don't understand

It means just don't make multiple extension applications. 🤷

What happens in case someone was a student, applied for PGWP, which wasn’t approved yet, and receives an ITA through OINP or EE. That person can apply for PR?

What if during dummy extension. Someone get ITA and now they want to change this to Bridge open Permit.

Wait for refusal and then apply with restoration

So when you are on maintained status and if you receive an ITA and then you apply for bridging wp will that be rejected as well as per the new policy ?

Apply for BOWP only after getting refusal with restoration
