All the loans given by IMF without passing through the Parliament are illegal and Kenyans must refuse to pay. If the money benefited a regime, then the regime must pay. And if we pay it, then we must auction the owners of the regime. IMF cannot use crooks in government to enslave Kenyans using illegal debts.
