Major 🤦🏼‍♂️ Between two new general surgery hires at the same hospital system, one a man, the other a woman, guess who gets offered $40,000 less?

I heard of this happening recently to two pulmonologists. I was appalled. Hospital didn’t realize the two candidates they were interviewing knew each other and got caught.
