As a collector, a customer but also an empathetic human, this is heartbreaking. What you have built and therefore given to the UK collecting community, with the ability to grade our prized possessions at such a reasonable price and with such creativity is huge. Praying for an outcome that has a positive end! Ignore the faceless warriors who will laugh and ridicule, they cannot comprehend what it would be like to own their own business or feel such personal helplessness in a situation like this!

This is heartbreaking to see. As someone who collects and promotes grading and has used Ace before this is just awful. The work done at Ace to bring grading at a good price but also fantastically designed products to the UK Market has been great & truly hope this isn’t the end. There will of course be hate from faceless accounts and random people but keep your head up Randy. As a customer but also human I hope you and the team get up from this & come back better & stronger than ever ❤️
