New open-source agent harness just landed! I got early access to TrueForge by TrueFoundry and have been running it locally for the past few days. The harness layer deserves as much attention as the model, and open source matters here because you can inspect the loop, run it on your own infrastructure, and swap to the latest or cheaper models. TrueForge handles the runtime work that makes an agent reliable. It drives the tool-calling loop, manages context, coordinates subagents, and executes code in a sandbox, with any model you choose. Every tool call re-sends the growing context to the model, so in practice the harness controls most of what an agent costs to run. A few things stood out from my testing and their published benchmarks. Vendor-Neutral by design. It runs OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google models alongside open-weight models like Kimi, GLM, and DeepSeek. Model routing is a setting, and you can send each task to the model that fits it. On a 14-task enterprise agent benchmark, it matched the accuracy of Claude Managed Agents running the same Opus 4.8 model at roughly 30% lower cost per run (3.8M tokens vs 10M for the same answers). Routing the same tasks to GLM-5.2 held accuracy and brought cost down by about 75%, around $3 per run instead of $12. Fully self-hosted and Open Source (MIT License). I had it running locally with one command, with sandboxed code execution working out of the box. It's time to own your agent harness. Thanks to TrueFoundry for partnering on this post.

Created this short story on HailuoAudio Assistant Using GPT Image 2 and Seedance Surprise at the end Prompt : Create a Pixar-inspired 3D animated comedy short called "The Package." A curious young man receives a mysterious cardboard package at his front door. There is no sender, no return address, and no explanation. He brings it inside. Suddenly, the package starts making strange tapping sounds. Close-ups, suspenseful music, dramatic lighting. The noises grow louder. Neighbors become concerned. Rumors spread. Crowds gather outside. News reporters arrive. Emergency vehicles appear. Experts investigate. The situation escalates into a city-wide spectacle. Fast-paced comedic montage, cinematic camera movements, exaggerated reactions. Unable to ignore the mystery, the man finally decides to open the package. Everyone watches in complete silence. Inside is another smaller box. He opens it. Another box. And another. And another. The sequence becomes increasingly absurd as dozens of boxes are revealed one inside another. The crowd becomes more invested with every opening. Suspense reaches maximum tension. Finally, the tiniest box contains a folded note. Close-up. The note reads: "Congratulations. You just got UNBOXED." Confused, the man looks around. Then notices a hidden camera. His best friend steps out laughing. The crowd erupts in laughter. The man facepalms before eventually laughing too. Final cinematic wide shot of friends and neighbors laughing together as the tower of empty boxes surrounds them. On-screen text: "Sometimes the biggest surprises are the ones that make you laugh the most." Pixar-style 3D animation, mystery-comedy tone, expressive acting, cinematic suspense, smooth transitions, playful storytelling, dramatic build-up with humorous payoff, high-end animated short film quality, vibrant colors, 16:9.

VIDEO: Residents rescue man gagged by wife, sons over pension dispute Residents of Oko-Filling, a serene neighborhood in Araromi, Ijoko, Sango Ota, came to the rescue of a man who had been bound, gagged and left for death by his wife and children following a dispute over his retirement benefits. The incident took place in the early hours of Thursday, March 13, at the family’s residence. The conflict began when the man reportedly refused to hand over the entirety of his retirement payout to his wife and four sons. After receiving the money, he used a portion to open two shops for his wife in Abule after giving her N3 million. He also bought a N12 million car for himself while the family already owned a home in the area. However, his wife and sons, who are all university graduates, expressed dissatisfaction with the distribution of the funds and attempted to pressure him for more. The situation took a darker turn when the man sold the newly purchased vehicle shortly after acquiring it, raising suspicions among neighbors. A local landlord, who spoke to The Nation, revealed that the man was later discovered in his home with his mouth, hands, and feet bound. "He was tied like an animal to be slaughtered. They (his wife and kids) got some Aboki men, about six of them to tie him up. It was the strange noise from their parking that alerted residents who gathered in front of the house to know what was happening. "Landlords in the area who could not endure the noise at that hour, decided to go out and find out what was wrong. When they got to his compound, they saw a Korope (small bus) outside packing properties. "His wife and sons were the ones packing and so, the residents asked after the man. When the response given was not satisfactory, they forced themselves inside the house and saw the man completely bound with the Aboki people still inside the house, as though they were waiting to kill him. "The man was untied and rushed to the hospital. He's still at the hospital receiving treatment. The suspects were all taken to the police station. One of the Aboki men confessed it was the man's wife that contracted them to tie him up. They were all taken to the police station that morning," said the landlord. BREAKING: "ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF JAPAN" — Trump’s mental fitness crisis just played out on live international television. Donald Trump’s rapidly deteriorating mental capabilities are embarrassing enough when exhibited to a domestic audience, but it’s even worse when a US president displays his ever-increasing dementia before a summit of global leaders. The man who spent four years mocking Joe Biden's every stumble just handed the world a highlight reel of disordered cognition that's going to be very hard to explain away. At the NATO summit in Turkey, 80-year-old Donald Trump — now the oldest president in American history — delivered a cascade of jaw-dropping gaffes that would have triggered wall-to-wall Republican outrage if they'd come from any Democrat. While sitting next to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Trump repeatedly called him "President Putin" — the name of the man whose missiles are actively killing Zelensky's people. At one point Trump turned to reporters and asked: "Do you have a question for President Putin, please?" gesturing directly at the Ukrainian leader. Then, apparently realizing his gaffe and trying to recover, he told reporters to ask him questions that he could RELAY to the Russian president — as Zelensky sat right there watching. Trump also informed the world that "111 missiles" had been fired by "the Islamic Republic of Japan." Iran and Japan are, for the record, different countries on different continents. He then mangled the name of Obama's nuclear deal — the JCPOA — calling it the "JCPOC." And when a reporter asked about closing the skies over Ukraine, Trump replied "Close what?" requiring Secretary of State Marco Rubio to lean in and whisper the answer like a prompter at a middle school play. And then there was this gem: "Do you know who's number one on Tic Tac? I am." He meant TikTok. "Tic Tac" is a breath mint, and perhaps he’s number one among people who need the mint’s protection from halitosis. This is the same man who ran an entire presidential campaign on the premise that Joe Biden was too cognitively impaired to serve. Who gleefully amplified every Biden stumble. Whose allies produced supercuts and memes and demanded cognitive testing of the former president. Trump brags about "acing" cognitive tests — apparently unaware that the tests he's describing are dementia screenings. His White House physician says he's in "excellent health." Republicans are silent. And somewhere, Joe Biden is watching a man call Zelensky "Putin" on live international television. The hypocrisy isn't subtle — and neither is the dementia Trump is increasingly exhibiting. Please like and share if you think that diminished mental state is disqualifying for Trump to continue acting as president of the United States.
