Kosovo's Defence Minister, Maqedonci: 70% of Serbia's forces are concentrated in the south of Serbia, not far from the border with the Republic of Kosovo. The presence of these troops, along with 48 forward operating bases, poses a threat to regional stability and security. If you look at their ridiculous statements, despite having a history of invasions, attacks, genocide, and wars they themselves caused, aggressor states like Serbia and Russia portray themselves as if they are the ones being attacked. We have never attacked anyone or attempted to occupy a single centimeter of another country's territory. Throughout our history, Albanians and Kosovo have always defended themselves and will continue to protect our sovereignty, territorial integrity, and statehood. The trilateral agreement aims to strengthen our defense capacities—to defend ourselves, not to attack anyone. The days when Serbia was consulted about anything are over once and for all. We are a sovereign, independent state, and we make our own decisions in accordance with our interests, striving for peace and stability in the region—an objective threatened only by Serbia, no one else.

The day of the JEF Leaders’ Summit in Helsinki started with a bilateral meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The United Kingdom is a highly valued strategic partner and ally for Finland. It was a great pleasure to continue our discussions on current foreign and security policy issues, as well as European security. We last spoke about a week ago in London. We appreciate the UK's leadership as the framework nation for the JEF. The UK has shown its strong commitment to our cooperation and to our region. #JEFHelsinki
