Ghanaian passengers were reportedly delayed by Qatar Airways at Kotoka International Airport for a flight to Doha scheduled to depart at 5:15 pm. Passengers did not board as scheduled but eventually boarded about two hours later. After boarding, they experienced further delays due to a tire burst. It appeared that the flight might be canceled, but no communication was provided to the passengers. After being left without information for about four hours, they disembarked from the plane and their boarding passes were collected with the promise of accommodation being arranged for them. As at midnight, they were still stranded at the airport with nowhere to rest and Qatar Airways were not being forthcoming with updates. However, after fighting them, they finally got their accommodation issues sorted out around 12:30am.

He was said to have been very red in the face, in panic due to the pain, very loud outbursts, which created an issue for the airlines. They declared an emergency and landed the flight early, and medical staff removed him once they landed. Should there be a punishment for this, since he more than likely has been dealing with this pain before getting on the flight, not to mention being the cause for delay for the other passengers?
