Majula theme goes hard

Majula is actually one of the most tranquil places within gaming. Something about the theme and the vista of the sea makes it so it feels like a break from the adventure. Really hoping that they bring something like that back soon.

DS2 is a game that I think explores the best the themes of depression and how the curse impacts the world. Where everything decays, even memories and best you can do is try to hold onto them and not get lost like everyone else.

You have to first be a hater to truly enjoy Dark Souls 2 the second time

Ds2 has never been a bad game, just different game. It changed the formula enough to cause back lash, with poorly designed hit boxes combined with stats affecting I-frames. It just gets frustrating when comparing to the first. It has a lot to love though.

I used to leave my game open in Majula when I went to sleep, something calming about it. Best Dark Souls hub.
