Brain Armstrong is one of my fav entrepreneurs. Strong and original thinking, not afraid of going against the in the thing. Still remember when he said no politics at office in 2020 (or 2021). Created a huge uproar then and then it became the thing.

If you make bigger goals that excite you then it helps justify the sometimes scary and painful work and decisions involved. Great advice.
