I danced to this

California has the nation’s highest housing costs. Some blame a housing shortage; others, government policies. We sit down with experts to explore what’s driving costs and discuss the state-mandated Housing Development initiative and why some cities push back.

This is ugly truth..

What's the Y Axis here? Percent of what?

It's the fiat system policy, this is what you get when your underlying "value" measurement can't depreciate.

I'd like to see the math being this coz making points dance doesn't bring much... Got the sources?

Evil at work.

This makes you wonder 💭 what purpose is regulations if home prices and rental prices continue to moon 🌚 and household income barely moves? Are regulations designed to keep the establishments richer? You can exit this madness with Bitcoin. @TokunboAdesina

#Bitcoin fixes this.

That's why Communism and Socialism became popular in history because in a Democratic/Capitalist or an Oligarchy society, just this one example of housing and income provides a compelling case and reason to abandon such structure.

@AxieAur Bought my house for 65k in 2009 stay safe. 😂

bubble goes pop wen?

Man, I should've told my parents in 1988 to not put away any money for college and buy as many rental properties as possible without taking food off the table.

The system is broken. Unfortunately it is not built to take care of the masses but enrich the few. You have left out the number of homeless people increasing every year, as rent prices go up, homeless numbers go up too.

Fed's trickle down economics at work

Why isn't a third line on here? Home prices? or a fourth, tax rates?

I'm still in oct 2023 but this graph is already living dec 2023.

Say it with me. There is no inflation.

„Make housing affordable again.” - Bitcoin

We got a double top at the top of that chart… Burning question on everyone’s mind… is it all going to burn down or are they going to pull another rabbit out of their hat?

The background music is awful but okay.

More like „fill the pockets of Blackrock and others“ they all highly profit of of that

How it started. How it ended. Same graph, different proportions.

Seems to be the FED's objective

@violetbluemoon

Ah yes, my rent now is 160% 👍

@DDhardesh Wow!🧐
