Thomas Ross KC is no fan of the SNP, but he left the Scottish Tories and Scottish Labour without a name this morning when he exposed their attacks on the Lord Advocate as empty political game playing, calling them disgraceful. This is worth listening to right to the end. Interesting to note that the decision to make the Lord Advocate a member of the Scottish Govt cabinet was taken by Labour and is written into the Scotland Act.
