Despite Trump building a literal wall between the them… Mexico leaned in, and became the U.S.A’s largest trading partner. Which has greatly benefited their economy and lead them to a better deal than Canada has with the Elbows up strategy. My question is simple: why does Canada’s diversification strategy sound more like moving away from North America instead of strengthening it?
