We are over a month until “Media Madness” and Jack Pilgrim is making me get to the gym at 6:30am to do workouts with him. After 2 hours of drills and pick-up games, he then has us make 4 threes in a row before we can leave. I’m not sure if I’m built for this.

After my mother made a 2 day road trip to the Tesla service center in High Point, NC to repair a squeaky sound in the front end while driving, this is the aftermath. They literally fixed nothing … I can’t believe they didn’t even test drive it to check after the repair. My mother is deaf in one ear and has a hard time pinpointing sounds so she was worried to complain as she thought maybe she wasn’t hearing it correctly. I’m in town for Christmas and took it for a drive today and this is what I discovered. Now I guess she is expected to book a hotel and make yet another trip. I will be reaching out to the service manager next week. He was super friendly and communicative so I’m sure he will be happy to help. I’m just disappointed that they didn’t validate the repairs.

This is the world we now live in. On a train platform in Italy the police (with army back up) are checking the IDs and train tickets of all single men who look a certain way. They don’t ask the men who are blonde or the couples or the women. I suspect the terror threat is considered high right now, after the “mentally unsound” individual decided to drive his car at a bunch of people in Moderna because he feels Italians are unwelcoming to him and his ilk. Seems that Italians are expecting more “mentally unsound” behaviour from the usual suspects.

Sulabh Mathur went to the lavish PAUL restaurant in Gurugram. He ordered a Caesar Salad for ₹445. And then he found a LIVE WORM in the salad. PAUL is not some small roadside restaurant. It is an expensive restaurant where high profile people go. Still, when it comes to food safety, customers are made fools. After Sulabh uploaded the video to raise the issue, someone named Rajneesh from the restaurant contacted him, saying they wanted to make sure such a mistake does not happen again. Basically, it looks like the restaurant wants to settle the issue, close the matter and move on. Where is the Food Department? What action is being taken? Outside food is becoming more and more expensive every day, but food safety remains zero. How is it that we almost never find live worms in the food we eat at home, but somehow these things keep coming out of restaurant food? If a premium restaurant can serve this, imagine what is happening at places nobody is checking. Food safety is a myth.
