Ola is a running a scam . IGI to Meerut fare was showing 2900 Rs but when journey ended it was showing 6200. Very pathetic service. No customer service is there.

Never thought @olacabs will resort to thievery. Booked a ride. Driver arrived. We boarded the car and shared the otp. Driver asked to pay in cash. We had our booking in postpaid mode. The Driver cancelled. We deboarded and booked a @Uber_India ride. Ola charged us Rs 156.

Ola’s new “policy”: pay cash & meter, or no ride. They tell drivers only, deny it publicly. No safety helpline. No customer care. Just vanish when things go wrong. On Social media they deny, but on-ground reality is totally opposite.

I booked a cab from New Delhi railway station to Delhi Airport Terminal 1, But the driver intentionally dropped me at Terminal 2 and demanded 400rs extra to drop me from T2 to T1. Even though I requested him to drop me at T1 which I booked, he dropped me at T2 only.

For CRN 10659233453 ride taken today morning, fare of Rs 262 was deducted from my Amazon wallet. Driver charged me Rs 400 additionally which I paid online via Paytm snapshot of which there for reference. Kindly refund the 400 to me.
