In fact it makes remeshing in Blender even better than ZBrush. If you're a serious 3D artist, this is an essential part of your 3D toolkit in Blender. It's a paid add-on, with the option to either buy a lifetime license or buy a 3-month subscription. Well worth it in my opinion. Works for both organic and hard-surface models.
