Inspired by how goddamn difficult it was to do a full twist with no arm. Inspired by the freedom of being alone and creating alone and thinking alone and then the freedom to share it with the whole world when you want to. Inspired by potentially ruining opportunities and by the fact that ruining some improves your odds for others. By social media’s censorship and the irony of instagram. And of course by James Blake’s music which is the colour of 6am sunlight on my wall, by Brian Cox’s book on black holes which has changed my life and by the brightest yellow shorts you’ve ever seen.
