That's a terrible idea. I'm assuming she's going to inhale the Vicks, but then she's also inhaling all of the toxic carcinogens from the candles in a concentrated way. Candles are already poisonous enough.

u just broke up candles to make a candle.

Candles burns thanks to a combustion reaction that requires oxygen (O₂). When you pour a cup of CO₂ over the candles, this displaces all the normally mixed air, along with all that O₂ the fire needs to burn.

Is that really "making" a candle? I think not.
