OK. Is it just me, or did they leave out the most critical views? They never show what happens with the pipe at the top. When they make the form and remove the wood, that pipe at the top should stick out by about an inch. Did they just cut it and the pipe at the top just spouts up? What allows the water to spread across the top and drop at random places?
