Bake the Chicken Place the trays in a 350°F oven with the thighs on the top rack and the wings on the lower rack. Bake for about 1 hour. Leave the thighs skin-side up and do not flip them. 8. Check at 1 hour Carefully remove excess liquid from the trays. Rotate the trays. Flip the wings, lightly season again, and return to the oven. 9. Finish Baking Continue baking for about 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, the skin is crisp, and the meat is pulling away from the bone. 10.
