Much easier if you throw the foil pack in the microwave.

Ok I get it, but goddamn that's a lot of butter

Take this tiktok/instagram content back to where it came from

There was a Community Notes on this when it was posted on Nov.6

That's faker than a three dollar bill.

Neurological Effects: There have been concerns linking aluminum exposure to neurological disorders like Alzheimer’s disease. While some studies suggest a possible association, the evidence is not conclusive, and many experts argue that dietary exposure from aluminum foil is unlikely to contribute significantly to these health risks. The most direct evidence of aluminum toxicity relates to occupational exposure or in individuals with impaired kidney function.

This does not work, the chocolate would burn in temperatures way bellow the necessary to pop the kernel. Kenels pop at 180C (400F) and chocolate burns at 50C (122F)

Glad you didn't throw that in the microwave, that would have been a little snap, crackle, boom ...fire

This is the homemade version of my childhood favorite- Jiffy Pop. I'm surprised they still sell it because I haven't seen it in the supermarket for decades:

If you want chocolate popcorn, pop the corn first then coat it with melted chocolate. Don’t do this, you’ll end up with a burnt mess.
