When there are enough being made, then it is worth the trouble of making a welding tool like this so it can be welded in one shot. Otherwise it is welded piecewise in little segments which takes much longer

What is the black piece attached to the middle of the bottom sheet? Is that the glove part that your hand goes into?

It is a separately inflatable egg shaped piece that you can wrap your fingers around and grip so that it’s comfy and makes your hands more worthless
