This is mind-blowing: The age of the universe is about 13.8 billion years. The age of our planet Earth is about 4.5 billion years. Humanity has been around for about 300,000 years. The age of civilizations with the first writing is roughly 6,000 years. And SpaceX, founded 22 years ago by @elonmusk , aims to send humans to Mars and make life multiplanetary. Just think about it — this spans billions of years of history.

How about Mars is not a good fit for humans? Water can’t be exposed (has to be underground) 95% CO2 atmosphere Weak magnetic core No life sign not even a bacteria Regular dust storms No plants or animals Extreme cold and few heat No nearby facilities of any kind Etc
