was able to give Clip Studio Paint's new v5.0 features a go, and they've made animation/illustration so much more convenient for me & my art process ✌it's on sale now until Mar 17, 8am UTC! ty @clipstudiopaint, always awesome to partner with the software i use almost daily :)💗

in the layer panel, press "New vector layer"- every line you draw in this layer regardless of what brush you use will be a vector line you can then edit the line with Correct Line and move it around with Operation > Object (or just click on it while holding CTRL) hope this helps!

Hey Shar can you tell me what pixel dimensions and DPI you usually work with for your illustrations and animations?

for animation i usually just go for the default settings— i often use 1920x1080, 192 dpi! for illustration, i usually bump up the dpi to 300 (for print) and use varying canvas sizes :)
