Making rice cakes (tteok) from scratch is an interesting process but might be better to just buy at the store.

Eunice owned a Korean rice cake shop for many years. It started over 10 years ago when she began helping her dad's Korean rice cake shop making traditional dduk (rice cakes) selling to Korean supermarkets and walk-in customers. Around 2016 she started her own brand making floral rice cakes by bringing over concepts from Korea to the US where no one was doing it at the time. These floral designs became popular for celebration events like baby's 1st birthday, 100 day, weddings and more. However after the baby and her lease expiring, she decided to stop selling her floral rice cakes. But at least now you guys can see her years of work and her passion for Korean rice cakes. More to come!

Honestly, it's an interesting video. This goes along with the saying, "You might not see color, but color sees you." I actually agree with some of the points she's making, but something else is also clear... Whatever you do, it'll never be enough.
