lil help love. Make sure if your pressing flower to use a 62 percent humididty or higher to reintroduce moisture to the bud that way the bud itself doesn’t soak the meds. I prefer a tortilla lol . Also press with the range of 180-220 and about up to 3000 psi. Between you and me that wedding cake press wasn’t the best. Outdoor flower isn’t as good hands down when it comes to anything hash. It’s truly budget product. And the markets flooded with it. Trying to pull 80 a g for mids. Also yes you will need a freeze drier if you want fire hash. As a home grower we don’t get many harvest to “play with a year” ya know so it can take you 4-6 runs to figure out how to air dry. And even then it’s not the best. Yes it makes product yes it’s better than most dispos but the point in making and investing is making the best to your ability. You have the right mindset. Freeze drier all the way. Also look in Facebook market place make sure they’re not scamming. And you can find a small unit around 800-1200 just fyi. They’re popping up everywhere

Umm. U do t need a freeze dryer for fresh Frosin. That’s not how it works u take fresh harvested buds from plant. Put in a reg freezer then u can press. But most will freeze then harvest trichomes using bubble bags. Then dry and press that. Freeze dryer is for large quantitie

So that’s what I mean I have bubble bags. I haven’t got to use them. In the freeze fryer. Then pressed. My favorite.

Moisture!!! Dry flower is terrible for rosin, the water content basically evaporates wayyy faster than anything else heats up in the weed and pushes it out. Like think steam in a compressed area, it’ll push allllll the oil out way easier. Moisture is the key from what I remmeber

Dry ice hash take that hash to a micron bag Press with parchment paper much better quality and potency

Tip: use a flat cold pack under the parchment paper when collecting the rosin - the cool temp allows for 100% collection if rosin seems hard to pick up

Sometimes I’ll just stick the whole parchment in the freezer

Your press sucks. Not enough heat or pressure. Buy a better one you’ll get so much more rosin.

Find some good washable strains that is meant for rosin production… salute 🫡
