This is what happens when they mess with AI to tell lies. It gives mixed results. I'm going with Suramin is in pine needles.

Other species (like Eastern white pine) are generally regarded as lower-risk, but caution is still advised. And avoid the leaves of the Yew tree, which is not pine but can be mistaken for pine, because it will kill you dead.
