🖼️ Making the perfect Lobby Background for your Fortnite Developers game could be a bit tricky So here is a thread on how to craft the perfect one inside UEFN, including how to preview it and export it with my Photoshop template Let's go! 👇🧵

1. Go into your map and set up a Level Sequence with a camera. Setup the camera settings following the image - Focal Lenght = 10 - Rotation Pitch = 25,0 ° - Sensor Width = 24 mm - Sensor Height = 12 mm This will give you the 2:1 aspect ratio of the Lobby BG

2. Pilot the camera and place it where you get a good shot that could work as lobby background. Remember to set your camera Pitch to 25,0 ° so the angle matches the Fortnite lobby angle. Once you are happy with the shot, you are ready to take a screenshot

3. Expand your viewport as much as you can. - Click on the top left corner, go to High Resolution Screenshot, set the Screenshot Size Multiplier to 2. - Click on Capture. Follow the link in the lower right corner to find where the screenshot is saved.

Remember that not the full lobby background image is displayed when you see it in the Fortnite lobby, so take a safe area into account when placing the shot. Now, if you have Photoshop, you can use my template to preview exactly how your lobby background will look 👇

4. In my Discord server (link in my profile) you can go to the free assets channel and download the Photoshop template

5. Once you open it, all you need to do is double click on the smart object, replace the image there with your own lobby background and save. Once you go back to the template, you will see a preview of how it looks in the Fortnite lobby. Go into the Smart Object and export.

@FNCreate thanks for this just 2 questions should i save my lobby image like this? does it not have to be 2048x1024 px ? in your template its 1980 x 1080.
