Yesterday's April Fools Video - Behind the Scenes This was so much fun making this video with calpinoper ✈️ Seattle-DC-Portland-SF Sep25/Oct10 where we swapped clothes in between takes in order to pull this one off. Here's a little snippet of what is what like filming this, and this only represents a taste of the 7 min video about to be released on both of our of's. In between takes when I was giving direction on the shoot, this sneaky fucker would sneak in some tickles while I was restrained and would turn into a full-blown tickle session. But before I jumped in the stocks to "become" MASTER MAX he was dressed as the legend and I would genuinely tickle Cal in order to get authentic reactions, and of course I would get carried away and it turned into a full on tickle torment for poor Cal. Look out for the full 7 min video which includes tickling scenes of both of us as well as the outtakes which made this a blast to make.

I watched this video and cried—a cry of release, of catharsis, of love for the broken road to get here. Allie Ostrander created a 10-minute documentary on the Leadville 100 course record, live now. I am so in awe of her art and storytelling, and I’m so thankful for her friendship. 20 years from now, her video is how I want to remember this experience. In April, I was hit by a car while biking. My brain didn’t feel like my own for months after. But something happened in that accident that helped me run freely on those trails. Allie captured it in a way that I didn’t fully process until those tears started flowing. The crux of Leadville is Hope Pass. When I was in the depths post accident, that name felt appropriate. Try to answer questions from those forms using modern models, and you'll be disappointed. I recorded a video to show you how to fix this. The answer is simple: stop letting the model see your PDF document. Instead, preprocess it and stick to showing the model text. Watch the video. You'll go from "THIS IS CRAP" to "EXCELLENT" in no time. I'm using Unstract to turn the documents into text while keeping the original format (this is crucial!) And so it begins. YouTube Just took down my video and issued me a warning strike for my latest video react to Brandon Herrera's latest Darwin Awards. Can someone at TeamYouTube explain how a video I reacted to is still up and fully accessible (and rightly so because there's nothing wrong with it) and yet MY video gets taken down, even after I'd actually edited out some parts before posting, and I get a strike for it. Just what the hell is going on?!? Can I please get a HUMAN to look at this for once??? Oh and just so there's full transparency here, I'm going to post the full video that I received a strike for in this tweet so anyone can view it. Seedance 2.0 is allowing us to enter a new era of music video creation. Here is how I created HONEY. It was a quick test to see how well this workflow holds up. 🐝 1 - Write your song and generate the music with Suno 5.5. 2 - Use an image generator of your choice. For HONEY I combined both Grok Imagine for aesthetics and Nano Banana Pro for refined editing. 3 - In Capcut I import my audio and just save out a blank video video containing the audio. This step is important because this video file containing audio will now be used with Seedance 2.0 as a video reference with Omni. This allows the AI to apply automatic and realistic lipsync and movement to the music, it's extremely powerful! 4 - Once I have a both my image and video with audio as reference, I use Seedance 2.0 Omni and upload my starting image and then the video reference with the audio. 5 - From here I'm simply prompting like normal, specifying what's happening in my scene with detailed instructions, mentioning multi shots and camera angle changes and then specifying that the person is singing along to the song. I type out the lyrics that are present to have better lipsync accuracy. 6 - Once I have generated a video and like the result, I do video to video, so i upload that video that just got generated and type "The scene continues" and prompt new actions to take place. This allows you to expand on a narrative. These new shots can be used as B-ROLL and since I uploaded my video as reference I have full consistency of everything it saw in the video.
