So what's the problem? Their mother tongue is Malayalam. Why do you expect every Indian to speak in Hindi. It is NOT the national language.

Do you speak Malayalam?

It's a hard language tbh

@itzMrRegent Same for non hindi speakers. Hindi is irrelevant to us unless we work in hindi speaking states.

@RishiJoeSanu @itzMrRegent main avi kerala mein hindi se kaam chla lunga pr tum log malayalam se south indian states mein kaam nhi chla paaoge...

@rvadaku @RishiJoeSanu Malayalathil Para mone

They're speaking their mother tongue malayalam and country living language Georgian fine. Why should they speak Hindi??

Hindi is not a national language of india.

They are studying in Georgia so they are speaking Georgian . If they are studying in up or Bihar then they will speak Hindi .

Yeah.. we don’t depend on north India and don’t need #HINDI.. Who wants to go to place where you spit PAN everywhere?

Hindians will not learn a 2nd language but force 3rd language down our throats.

I have never heard a hindi speaking person talk in malayalam? Or that's extremely rare

We’re having to speak Hindi in Kerala though. Or being made to pay the price if we don’t.

Because learning Hindi is useful only in chatting with gutkha-chewing asok from the cow belt whereas learning any other language can propel you

Malayalam, English. Georgian. Perfectly trilingual.

Who cares? This nonsense always come from North states. Learning a new language needs intelligence which somewhat you guys lack. I have so many Bihari/UP friends living in MH who can speak Marathi fluently & I also learnt some Kannada phrases when I was in Banglore for few months

Good. No need to speak Hindi. They can speak english their languages and the language of the place they're in. Hindi is of absolutely no use to them.

and if they were in a hindi speaking state they’d learn to speak hindi what’s yours point

Wrong. Malayalis will speak any language that is beneficial, unlike Tamilians. The largest number of poliglots in India will be from native Malayalam speakers. Incidentally, all malayalis learn Hindi in school and most can speak the language

Hindi is an official language not national my mother tongue is bengali but can Hindi speaking people understand? No?

In my observation, among South Indians Malyalis are the least stubborn group when it comes to Hindi.

Shameless Northies speak French and Spanish but not Kannada or Tamil or Telugu.

Very dumb statement. From this video they know malayalam (mother tongue), English(sort of universal language), Georgian(local language). Where does hindi come from? They have no relation and no need to learn Hindi.

Yes. Because they’re living & studying in Georgia. Is it that difficult for hindians to understand?

That's point 😂 They learnt Georgian because they study/work there, they will learn Hindi if they move to North India. You all are expecting them to learn Hindi when they stay in Kerala.

They went there to study they speak that regional language. Hindi is not needed. Likewise speak the language of the place you go to, don't expect others to speak your language if you go to their place. That simple

North Indians will learn French, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese or any other foreign language but not Malayalam, Kannada, Konkani, Marathi, Tulu, Tamizh, or Telugu.

Believe me when I say this but people would speak Hindi if they respected gangetic plains.

In Kerala Hindi is the third language in schools. Don't make us change it.

Kerala is probably the only state in south india where they actively try to speak hindi lmaoo🤣 sabko alienate karega kya bhadwe. Apni buddhi gaand se nikaal

She’s in Georgia so why wouldn’t she?

You’ll find plenty of them in the Gulf speaking hindi/urdu because it gives them an edge running businesses here. Expecting them to know hindi by default just because they’re Indians is regarded xD

Benefits of speaking "Gregorian" vs Hindi for a South Indian is quite evident in everyday life for them.

They learn Georgian for the survival. Had they been in Hindi heartland, they would have learned and spoken Hindi as well

If you love hindi so much why did you write the caption in English not in Hindi. When guys like you will realise languages are just for communication.

Dude, if people feel the need to learn a language they will learn it regardless of what language it is. If they don’t have to necessity to learn Hindi they won’t. Who are you to judge? Do you speak Malayalam, Tamil or Marathi? Stop this language warriorism.

Maybe when the Hindi belt focuses on providing quality higher education like Georgia is doing it will attract South Indians to go there to study & learn to speak Hindi. No one will learn Hindi just to speak to pani-puri wallahs, delivery agents & waiters descending on the South in droves.

Why the fuck would they speak Hindi 🤣🤣🤣

Of all south Indians, atleast malayalis are the ones have less rpode about their language and embracing other languages incl Hindi...one of the very few or only state that plays Hindi movies in Hindi itself
