Dulu staff airline majikan layan mcm sampah. Gaji nak bunuh staff. Mcm xnak bagi staff berkeluarga. Sekarang org dah kerja luar negara, airline luar lagi appreciate engineer, baru nak meroyan konon tak cukup engineer. Aku sokong korang amik lesen cepat2 pastu dok oversea.

ramai LAE lari, boleh tengok beza Middle East airlines bayar gaji berapa while MAB cheapskate nak bayar engineer tapi senior execs/BOD enjoying hefty paycheques.

I don’t recommend joining the aircraft maintenance scene. The abuse is astronomical and rewards minuscule. If ur a brilliant kid go for cadet. No appreciation for professionals in Malaysia albeit Doctors or Engineers. Hope the future is Brighter for us. Aamin.

SIAEC dah sewa 2 bijik hangar kat subang, ramai engineer lari sana..plus after covid banyak jugak aviation industry kat Singapore nak rekrut ramai malaysian sekarang. Biar basic rendah 2-3k janji rate currency bila tukar duit jadi sedap.

LoL. Same as all other profession la. Demand tinggi tp org xnk kerja, sanggup g luar negara. Dah bayar gaji x bermaruah, semua benda nak murah. Paksa balik lambat buat kerja FOC. Melingkup negara.

Even if I want to believe the wage increase of 40% is there, 40% from what? Plus, although CAAM has recommended how much the salary has to be, but how much the industry actually pay. Especially, fresh grad, I doubt they get to sign off the plane yet, how much they get paid?
