My faith in Christ is everything. I lean on Him daily — not for recognition, but to fulfill the call He’s put on my life. “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.” — Proverbs 3:5-6

Chinese President Xi Jinping has ordered all-out efforts to search and rescue people who are missing after a mudslide in Nepal caused casualties at Gyirong border port in southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region on Wednesday morning. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, called for efforts to evacuate residents at risk and provide timely medical treatment to the injured to minimize casualties. He made the instructions after a mudslide occurred at around 10:30 a.m. on August 26 in Nepal, which caused severe casualties and left people unaccounted for at Gyirong border port in Gyirong County. Xi also stressed the need to strengthen monitoring and early warning, ensure scientific rescue operations and guard against secondary disasters. Noting that China is currently in a critical period of flood control, he urged local authorities and relevant departments to prepare for worst-case scenarios and extreme situations, fully implement measures for flood and typhoon prevention, and step up efforts to identify and address potential risks and hazards. He demanded resolute action to prevent major and catastrophic disasters and accidents and safeguard people's lives and property. Chinese Premier Li Qiang also issued instructions, calling for an immediate verification of the number of the missing and affected people and for all-out rescue and relief efforts. Li Qiang, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, instructed the Chinese Foreign Ministry to strengthen communication and coordination with relevant countries, promptly share information and work together to properly handle rescue and relief efforts. Vice Premier Zhang Guoqing, also a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, led officials from relevant departments to the site to guide rescue and disaster-response operations. Authorities in Xizang have mobilized forces to carry out search and rescue operations. All relevant operations are underway. #Xizang #Tibet #Nepal #Shigatse #GyirongCounty #Mudslide #日喀则 #吉隆县 #尼泊尔 #泥石流 #西藏

"Call Her Daddy" host Alex Cooper explains why Taylor Swift’s situationship with Matty Healy may have inspired some of her most emotional songs and why situationships hurt so much. Alex Cooper: “Taylor dated Joe for what we can understand as years, right? But all of her songs from what we can gather on The Tortured Poets Department were about Matty Healy, a situationship.” “If Taylor is going through it, so can we.” “With a situationship, it is totally flipped. It's all about the fantasy and possibility with none of the reality.” “You're not mourning this person. This person didn't want to be with you. This person probably actually sucks.” “What you're mourning is all the ways that you have built him up in your head.” “The fantasy relationship will always be better than the real one every single damn time.”

🚨THEY FILLED THE CAR WITH BALLOTS… AND SAID WHO WAS DOING IT James O’Keefe’s undercover cameras caught it cold. A ballot harvester in Minnesota shows the trunk and dashboard packed: “You can see my car is full. All these here are absentee ballots. Can’t you see? Look at all these. My car is full.” 300 in one haul. When asked who fills them out: “People who work with Ilhan and other candidates… they work for them.” Cash changes hands. Elders get visited. Blank or open ballots leave the building. Minnesota law limits how many you can carry. Federal law bans the pay-to-vote scheme. None of it mattered. This is the same machine still fighting every single effort to require citizenship proof and clean the rolls. The same people who call election security “disenfranchisement.” They never stopped. They just got quieter about the receipts. Pass the SAVE Act. Clean the rolls. End the harvest. The patriots are done pretending this is normal.

OSSOFF: If you’re late with your rent, the machinery of late fees and eviction is very efficient. But when you tell your landlord about the black mold in your daughter’s bedroom, nobody comes for four months. And then, when you’ve got to take her to the hospital for her asthma attack, you get a $3,000 bill for the ambulance. Life was already hard enough before Donald Trump lied us into war, before his tariffs made everything more expensive, and before he doubled your health insurance premiums and slashed Medicaid. It costs more today than ever before in American history to fill up your truck, to stock your fridge, to power your home, to go to the doctor. Meanwhile, and you’ve seen it, the president and the first family line their pockets to the tune of billions of dollars. The time has come to wield the power granted to us by our Constitution and rebuke this obscenity.

🐯 JingJing: “When I first entered GMMTV, I never thought that the fact that I can’t hear well would somehow go viral. It started during the promotion for Hide & Sis, when everyone began talking about it because it was pretty noticeable on set. But honestly, I was secretly stressed when I first started working on set. Whenever I meet someone for the first time, I tell them right away, ‘P’, please speak louder. I can’t hear very well. If anything, please speak loudly because I can’t hear well.’ I say it first because I’m afraid they might think I’m not serious about my work. But I actually am very serious. Sometimes I just genuinely can’t hear, so my face ends up looking like… my eyes are empty. 😂 When P’Jan talks to me and I make that blank-eyed face like, ‘Hmm?’ P’Jan will ask, ‘You didn’t get it, right?’ Exactly! When you see my eyes looking empty, it means I didn’t hear you.” 😭😂🩷 It’s honestly so cute that P’Jan already knows exactly what that “empty eyes” look means. 🥹🎀🩷 #janjingjing #jingjingyu
