It’s not “faith stuff”. It’s leaning in and trusting God. It’s believing He will do what’s best for your life in all circumstances.

Malik Beasley getting an agent call on stream and saying he’s potentially going back to the NBA? That’s cryptic free agent energy, he’s not confirming anything but hinting hard

Beasley’s faith talk is real though. He’s thanking God for the NBA return possibility. Free agent life’s been hard, he’s genuinely grateful for any contract chance

Tracy McGrady predicts Wembanyama will sweep the awards next season and lead the Spurs to a Championship: “So if I look at the NBA right now.. I would put my money on the San Antonio Spurs presently constructed. Because of the disappointment I think that happened to them this year, because of Wemby’s performance in the Finals, I’m sure he’s not happy with the way he played, so that’s going to motivate him in the offseason to even kick it up another notch. I’m sure he’s going to come back bigger and stronger. I’m sure he’s hearing where he needs to operate for him to be the most effective for his team. So all this stuff is coming into play to build this creative player that’s going to come back stronger. He’s going to win Defensive Player of the Year. He’s gonna win MVP. He’s gonna win the in-season Tournament MVP. He’s going to sweep. So for me, I think because he’s going to be motivated and they had a big let down and disappointment this year, I’m going San Antonio Spurs to be right back in that position and to win a championship." #GoSpursGo #PorVida

Kawhi Leonard mentioned the importance of players developing a mean streak. He said it’s something he’s had from day one of his NBA career. “It’s just aggression. I’ve been like that since I came in… You didn’t have to count on that from me. I was aggressive from day one.”

Saquon Barkley says Nick Sirianni called him after the drop that lost the game to apologize for his own coaching. He’s on the hot seat again this year “Jalen, first thing he said to me was, I’ll call that play ten times out of ten. And I’m like, you damn right…” “Even with Sirianni, I talked to him on the phone, and he’s going back and processing what he felt like he should’ve done better” “But for me, in that situation, I got to be better. It’s more of an ‘I got your back, you got my back’ mentality’”

Earvin “Magic” Johnson says LeBron James has a little Michael Jordan, a lot of Magic, and carried Cleveland teams that had no business reaching the NBA Finals “He’s between both of us. He’s got a little Jordan and a lot of me.” “The great thing about LeBron, he brings it every single night for 20 years.” “Those Cleveland teams, he had to bring it.” “He put them on his back. That’s hard.” “He did that and took them to the Finals.” “They clearly didn’t have enough talent to be in the NBA Finals.” “They had no business in the NBA Finals.” “That’s why he’s remarkable. That’s why he’s special.”
