To get over any addiction you have to understand that addiction is the solution, not the problem. It’s a solution that becomes problematic. The key is to ask what it’s a solution to. That answer can come during or after the person quits the addiction but it’s critical to address.

I can acknowledge and agree that there is absolutely garbage in our food and that can contribute to the obesity problem in the US But I feel like that is only a small part of the problem when you have feeder content and muckbangs as a permanent spot in the algorithm. There might be poison in our food but everything comes in bigger portions, bigger plates and king size bars when that wasn't the norm 40 or so years ago.

Let Racism Die the Death it Deserves! People automatically assume that if you grow up in the South (which I am born and bred) that you are inherently racist. That is simply not true. Racism is not a north-south problem, it’s a humanity problem. One that is fostered and flamed by our government to keep us divided. And they happened to be doing a pretty damn good job at it still after two centuries. 1/2
