🎙"Man City could put forward the case that the whole process is flawed. They could use this leak on Friday, which was plastered all over the media, as evidence of an attempt to besmirch our reputation — they could go to high court and argue their case there." ⚖️...

Only if the the leak is wrong buddy. No prejudice against city if the information turns out to be correct , it just came earlier that's all.

Not at all.. It's been leaked at a time City are flying high. All the slander that has come from the leak, whether right or wrong still is an attempt to smear. Hope City go scorched earth on the whole league and it's hypocritical clubs and chairmen.

Have you caught the change in tone and narrative on slysports today? Maybe the PL have been on contact or their own Lawyers?

Procedure fairness doesn’t take away from the fact that a crime was committe and guilty verdict was made.

Nothing has been made official. One single leak last Friday is what everybody is going off. This isn't over by a long shot!!

American money is good and Middle East money is bad yet America invades Middle East countries for their resources 🤔 Red Cartel clubs money is good and Man City money is bad yet Arsenal has hired Arteta from City and Man United hired Omar Berradi from City 😂🤡 Come on City!!!

If you and your neighbor absolutely hate each other and he tells people he thinks something is going on, then somebody gives him a video of you stabbing somebody so he turns you in, does that make the video null and void?

We’re not blind lads. We read the emails in Der Spiegel. We’re 3 years into this process that City are now crying is unfair because they’ve been found guilty. Give us a break. There is no coming back from this.

What if they leaked it themselves to besmirch the whole process so to have something to stand on in court.

Yes, we must go to high court. Even the manner in which whole process was done is unfair. Illegally obtained information by the hacker was obtained and City was targeted. Why did a hacker not also hack other clubs? will they all be subjected to such scrutiny? why is City differ

Would you ever fuck off 😂 they can’t convince anyone they haven’t broken rules so try get off on a technicality again & if this is their whole defense what was stopping city from leaking it?

The leak came after the process had been concluded. The hearing was done, independent panel had concluded the investigations. They have been found guilty of 114/115. I think City owners should be ousted from the PL for their business culture. It’s toxic & dangerous to the PL hist

Its not a leak if the investigation has been completed.

Utter nonsense. Its in the public interest. City's reputation is only harmed unfairly if the leak was false. If it was, they would have been within their rights to ask for a withdrawal & apology. They didn't. As a result, there is a foundation for the accusations of cheating and criminal activity. Which given that this is the national sport, is in the public interest. Cope harder.

Not sure how a case for the leak makes any difference if it’s true. If they broke the rules they broke the rules and deserve punishment

In short, what City has been doing was understating purchase price of players and overstating deals in order to circumvent the Profitability and Sustainability Rule (PSR). Thus, allowing them to spend huge amounts on player purchases.

@SkySportsNews you need to do better than this. How could Kaveh Solhekol miss the most important point ? The reason UEFA could not take further action was because the time limit to punish Manchester City had passed. They found them guilty on some of the charges but were powerless

The leak has no material affect on the investigation and result, which was already concluded before the leak. Yet another red herring from City apologists!

It might have been them that leaked it for that very reason. 🤷‍♂️

sounds like people were too sure of themselves when the 'leak' happened. Now that you the noise is down and the clarity has kicked in people are actually thinking city have /had/have had outlets throughout this process. Benefit of a doubt sure can pay off, you know?

Telling you this... the PSR ruling is going to be scrapped and nufc i feel know this hence the CEO maintaining to double down on the 2030 vision. There no other way nufc would be competing. Timing of this Man city case is confirming this

Lmaooo. So they cheated, got caught, news leaked that they were guilty, but they could sue that the guilty verdict got exposed and it’s not fair? Not ridiculous at all

Profilbild von Stor_08

It’s not been fair because they’d dragged it out.. refused to cooperate and basically took the piss.. No one is bigger than the game, clubs can’t just do whatever the fuck they want and then throw their toys out the pram when they get found out!!!

That’s fine and dandy, but it doesn’t change the fact that they are guilty of straight up financial fraud. It also doesn’t change the fact that they operated outside of rules that every other team in the league was bound to, therefore creating a sporting advantage.

So the issue to them is not that they did it but that what they did has been discovered?

Looks like it's high court I can't see city sharing anything with the premier League or there independent panel they will make the independent panel thing a flawed system

None of the details into the case was released, just the findings, you have no ground to stand on to be able to claim that there was any outside influence in the case.

Do you realise that an independent commission has found City guilty of all charges that were levied on them It's not that they were made up by an individual. The committee studied everything and found you guilty. Have some shame if there's any left

#WATCH | Mumbai, Maharashtra: On representing Disha Salian's father, Satish Salian, Advocate Nilesh Ojha says, "This case was heard over two days—arguments were heard thoroughly on both the first day and today. It became clear in court that the documents prepared by the police were flawed. The Court clarified at the outset that it could not conduct an inquiry treating this as an accidental death; the complaint was regarding gang rape and murder. Under Section 174 of the CrPC, they have no authority to investigate a complaint of murder and gang rape. Regarding the case closure on February 4, 2021—if the case was closed then, under which legal provision did they reopen it? There is no provision for reopening such a case; the Supreme Court has clarified this, and the Court cited that Supreme Court judgment to them. When asked to show the provision authorizing their investigation, they failed to do so, proving their actions wrong. Furthermore, an investigation to identify the accused and the perpetrator can only take place after an FIR is registered—a point established by Supreme Court precedents... The story presented in the affidavit differed; it claimed a PSI was calling from the location and that there was no cloth covering Disha's eyes. The Court exposed this falsehood today... The court pointed out that while the claim was that she fell from the 14th floor—landing face-down, resulting in a smashed face and lost teeth—the nose, the entire head, and the skull remained intact. The court questioned how only the teeth could be broken given those circumstances... The court observed that there were sufficient grounds to raise suspicion or to order a CBI investigation. When asked for a response to this, the government counsel could not provide an answer; they merely kept recounting sensational stories rather than citing the law. Therefore, in our view, the case is legally strong in our favor..."
