The woman up front uses a third party to pay for her parking pass and now the parking garage company won’t accept it nor will they let her out despite the other parking customers waiting. The man is desperate to leave and even offers to pay for her $25 fee just so she can leave. It seems inappropriate for them to hold her hostage like that. But at this point is the garage being unreasonable, after all, she doesn’t have an accrual account with them but rather a third party management complaint?
