Okay but can we recognize the lady for being a stern, confident, and respectful supervisor? Regardless of who is in the right, objectively speaking, she handled this well from a manager’s perspective.

I'm confused to why he's recording as if anyone was going to be on his side for telling an older women to Google how a machine works in their store.
