found the problem, firing people within hours of starting is unproductive

What's with these half ass videos? Finish the story or don't post it. Solid mute.

"Job lets her take care of her two sons" and "works 7 days a week" don't function in one sentence

I guess the camera and the crew filming are just invisible then

Here's the whole episode

Fire the supervisor. It’s somebody’s first day on the job. They’re going to be slower and make mistakes. That’s not cause for firing someone. Insane.

Full video. The guy’s a jerk!! IMO

Took me a moment to notice that is Michael Rubin. Fanatics is just as bad.

"i went undercover to find out what is wrong with my company and found out it was me"

you can't be fired from your own company under this context lol. a board of directors could vote you out as the CEO... but this is just engagement bullshit lol

The fact people believe shit like that is real now. It's fuckin wild. Reality tv was the only real shit that was on tv besides news. Even some of that shit was scripted. It's embarrassing for me, that you believe this is completely real.

All this happened with a camera in his face🤦🤦

No one and I mean absolutely no one could consistently keep up boxing up 90 packages per hour

Worked in a freezer warehouse years back. I was maybe 18. If your pick % was under 95 you were fired after probation period. I got like 98 but the dudes that were there for years were picking at 120. Freezer warehouse..and they just wore hoodies a had a bottle to spit in because most chewed tobacco 😅 meanwhile i was in full cold weather gear. The 2nd freezer was -35 degrees. Only the dudes on oxys worked there. Mine was like..-25 celceius My first day walking around in regular clothes, syncing my headset I got hypothermia. Crazy feeling. You're cold af and then all the sudden, warm and delerious. People who work warehouses are fuckin warriors.

A new employee not given some period of time to catch on and get up to speed? 🐴💩

I work at this exact same warehouse. This place has been bought and sold by four different companies within the past 15 years. It’s one of those warehouses that everybody in the city has worked at at one point in time. It’s not a horrible place, it just has shit people

Sooo.. Is the cameraman invisible? How is he undercover?

How do they video it and still be under cover?🤔

That’s Michael Rubin - he sold that business to eBay for $2.4B

To people complaining they don’t know what happened- the entire 45 min episode is on YouTube And no the man firing him didn’t get fired afterwards fyi

How about the camera man ? Hope he did get fired to

The Goyim don't have the perspective to know that it's all scripted.

Why didn't they fire the camera man?

If this was undercover, why are there so many cameras and don’t they notice them?

So he’s the owner and the people don’t know it? Right?? Then this owner is a fucking dickhead. Doesn’t know shit about his people

So what did he find was the problem when he went undercover??

So no one finds it weird that cameras follow a new employee?? Really?

So all this happens when there is cameras and sound people around. I don’t believe this show is legit.

When the real boss revealed his true identity...he fired the guy who fired him! 🤣

Blocked for not posting a part 2

The CEO of Fanatics, the company who makes all the horrible jerseys that easily tear and the team shirts that shrink and fray??

This used to be my favorite show years ago. I wonder why it was canceled.

Nobody noticed the camera man following them around?

His daddy gave him the Company! He doesn’t know a fucking thing about it

This show was so stupid. How is this supposed to be "undercover" when a film crew is there the entire time?
