This is one of those series where I can only watch it in English, the VA's are so spot on for every character. (despite some controversies)

Rquivalent exchange was an established rule, a thought process that everyone agreed and ran with. Ed even made an enormous sacrifice at the end with it to save AL. This was the perfect note to end the series on.

FMA Brotherhood is my favorite anime of all time but are there any series at least close to it? Been searching for years but not found anything besides short series like Samurai Champloo or Cowboy bebop. I can't do the 1000 episode shonens.
