These guys in North West are flexing on a different level 😭💀 if it’s not My Sol, it’s some random guy casually towing a helicopter with a Land Cruiser like it’s nothing. At this point it’s not even normal flexing anymore, it’s just “let me show you I can” energy 😂🚁💸

I’m curious. What is #MeghanMarkle selling? There isn’t one drop of #asever branding in this little vanity clip. She’s drinking what could be tea, but who knows. Maybe it’s brown liquor. Her marketing and branding is a joke-if you didn’t know who she was, you’d have no idea what this is selling. The outfit? She must be in charge of marketing, there’s no other explanation as to why it’s so bad. That’s been the ongoing theme with this brands it’s not cohesive there’s no direction or identity. A complete joke. #MeghanIsTheProblem #MeghanMarkleIsAGrifter

These videos explain why Filipinos don’t care too much when their Filipina women date out. That’s why it’s very pathetic when some East Asians care more by calling Filipinas prostitutes for White men as if East Asians also don’t “sexpat” in the Philippines. There’s a large population of Chinoys and a growing population of Kopinos. Filipinas don’t owe these insulting East Asians shit, especially when statistics prove that the Philippines is not actually a prostitute nation. And contrary to some moron who suggested it’s cuz Filipinos had a head start amongst other Asians in the West, all these vids below are guys in the Philippines without any help from the media or entertainment industry. These vids also show what many in the TikTok comments would describe as guys who were not conventionally attractive. Encountered a number of jealous guys on X who downplay the rizz of Filipino guys and can’t believe it. Well, here you go! What’s your excuse now?!?

Dear AfiaTvOfficial, you guys are sleeping on the Agbero Documentary in Onitsha. I am inside the market, Onitsha Main Market, Haruna Street to be precise, and this is what is going on, like right now. Who are these guys working for if not Anambra State Government? Who has the right to collect revenue if not empowered by Government? Are they hiding, or did they cover theory face? Are they in a rush so they can run away if anything happens? Do you see they are a common face? I don't want to risk my life, reason I have to hide and take these videos, but this is to tell the whole world that Anambra State Government is lying. They boldly empowered touts, and they are 100% aware of their activities. As it is happening in Haruna Street, so is it happening in all major streets in Onitsha. They work for the man in 3rd frame, who in turn work for Anambra State Government.

I just watched a video of someone walk into Walmart… open the ice cream… lick the top… poke it with their fingers… lick their fingers… then put it back on the shelf like nothing happened. And people wonder why nobody trusts Uber Eats or DoorDash anymore. This is not a joke… this is why seals, shrink wrap, and tamper-evident packaging exist. This is why people check bags like TSA. This is why folks say “I’ll just cook at home.” It’s funny until it’s your kid… your wife… your elderly parent… eating something a stranger decided to treat like a biology experiment. This isn’t quirky. This isn’t harmless. This is exactly why public standards matter. Wash your hands… keep your hands off other people’s food… and stop acting shocked when society responds with rules. Common sense used to be free. #SilentMajoritySpeaks #AStoneGroove

EB technicians were seen removing fuses in some areas around perumbakkam sithalapakkam medavakkam. On enquiry, residents were told it was being done to reduce the load on the main transformer. Not sure how accurate this explanation is. Could you please confirm if there is any order like that sir CTR.Nirmalkumar ? The power cut issue in Chennai seems to be real. Can the authorities please clarify whether there is an actual power shortage, ongoing maintenance work, or if these outages are being caused by some other reason?

As per the new policy of the BCCI players are not allowed to keep their wives or girlfriends in the team hotel or bio-bubble during small tournament. If they want to stay with them, they have to make separate arrangements in another hotel at their own expense. They cannot bring them inside the team hotel or restricted bubble area. But here, Hardik Pandya is being seen moving around the team hotel with his girlfriend. Is BCCI not properly enforcing its own rules, or is there some special permission in this case?

REYYYY Man of Fiction siggu undha? You keep saying “I’m not biased,” but every review you make exposes the exact opposite. Cinematography was bokka, but who cares, but funny thing is, no one cares about your opinion anyway because after that comment ppl know what type of biased person you are. Criticism is fine → Obscene comments about an actor’s style, age, or looks is not “reviewing,” it’s disrespect, especially towards a senior actor like NBK So answer this clearly: 👉 If you’re not biased, why do your “jokes or comments” only target NBK? 👉 Why don’t you use the same tone for the actors you like? 👉 Why do you hide behind comedy when called out? Pick one , you’re biased or you’re scared. Either way, you exposed yourself. #AkhandaThandavam2 #Balayya #NBK #Nandamuri #BalayyaBabu #Akhanda2 #TFI #PadmaBhushanNBK #ManOfFictionBiased

She didn’t deserve this. A beautiful female Boxer abandoned on the outskirts—likely by a breeder or her own family. Some kind souls tried to help, but she took her last breath before reaching our shelter. They left her to die… when she needed them the most. Why keep a pet if your love comes with an expiry date? They are not toys. Not timepass. This pain... it’s beyond words. We’re shattered. 💔 #Dogs #AnimalWelfare

Idk if you realize it guys but im pretty sure Freen actually spent more money on this concert than she earned ! ... I felt like she really did this concert for her fans, relatives and closes friends . She really wanted to celebrate her birthday with all of us and this is just my opinion but her concert was worth twice the price she charged, and that's just incredible. Once again, Freen shows us that she's not in this industry for money but bc she truly love her work and learning new things, and i really admire her for that! She's so talented and down to earth and that it's not all celebrity who's are like that 🌷🤍 KNOCK KNOCK ROOM NO. FREEN #RoomNumberFreen #srchafreen #GIRLFREEN

Maybe Greg Gutfeld and Fox are trying to help me after all. Caught on national television looking at your phone, then getting the stat astronomically wrong is epic... In a really bad way. I don't even use notes, 3 years of podcasting and political speeches, nobody has ever seen me with notes. The truth doesn't need a script. Can somebody please get in this race that I can actually have a go with? These tomato cans are embarrassing and tough to work with. 30% of Californians are homeless on a given night? Look at Greg's face! Lol. Funny show guys, thanks for the lob. Pro choice, scripted and bad with an iPhone. Any time guys, I'd love to come debate why Fox News is a joke, but not in the Greg Gutfeld kind of way. Royce White for U.S. Senate MN 2026 America 1st, Just Right™️

Prime reason why you shouldn’t play star players in a pre season game. 7-8 pre season games is beyond dumb. Playing guys for what? To have minor league guys run around looking to make an impression? If I was a GM I’d let my core of 5-8 players maybe play 2 exhibitions. I’d sacrifice them being a bit rusty games 1-3 in the regular season vs risking serious injury from some dipshit running around like a chicken with his chin cut off. And I’m not faulting those guys either (the guys trying to make the team) they have a job to do too. Jobs are won within these games. But Makar takes one up high last night, Cooley gets stapled. Both don’t return. Asset protection folks that’s business 101. I can help teach some of these GM’s if needed. - People’s

This is something truly heartbreaking. Seeing these voiceless animals being forced to pull loads far beyond their capacity, treated with such neglect and cruelty, shakes you from within. In today’s world, where so many alternatives exist, why are these innocent beings still not phased out from such brutal labor? They are made to work in the harshest environments, without rest, without care, without compassion. Just look at this male buffalo, struggling as he pulls wet sand from a canal. Every step he takes is filled with pain and exhaustion, yet he has no choice. No voice to cry for help. No way to escape. We often ignore these sights as “normal,” but this is not normal. This is suffering. This is injustice. My heart goes out to each one of these innocent souls who silently endure so much every single day. They don’t deserve this life of pain. They deserve dignity, kindness, and freedom. It’s time we question this. It’s time we raise our voices. Because if we don’t speak for them, who will? #AnimalCruelty #BeTheirVoice

Harry crashed a group of bereaved parents who are suing tech giants over the deaths of their children as a result of online interactions-I’m not sure why he’s waving his arms around like that? But that oddity s all I can focus on. What are you doing, man? It’s sad to see him project his own issues and paranoia towards media onto parents who’ve endured the loss of children. I don’t know what he thinks he has in common with these parents but I assure you-he doesn’t. #HarryandMeghan #MeghanMarkle #HarryMountbattenWindsor

How does Lexi Booras create so much speed? At 17 years old, Lexi has some of the fastest speeds with driver we’ve seen at that age regularly reaching over 110 mph when maxing out. There are four primary areas that affect how far a player can hit a golf ball: 1️⃣Physical Characteristics 2️⃣Mechanics 3️⃣Impact Physics 4️⃣Neurological If we looked at this in an analogy to race car, this would be the horsepower of the engine (Physical), the gears and drivetrain (Mechanics), the type of tires and optimized air flow (Impact Physics), and the Computer (neurological) that makes all of these things work together in harmony. Most players have significant power leaks in one or all of these areas. Lexi is a player who has trained extensively to allow all of these areas to work together symbiotically like a finely tuned F1 machine.

i use one tool that gets me 5x better results from veo 3.1 and hailuo 2.3... if you're not effectively prompting camera motion, you're using these models at 50% capacity casual direction like "zoom in" or "circle around" doesn't work, video models need actual cinematography language: - [truck left, pan right, tracking shot] - [push in, pedestal up] - [dolly back, tilt down] so i built a claude skill that translates for you you describe what you want -> it converts to proper film terminology -> AI executes it way better this was initially made for my team, but i'm sharing it with you guys... reply "angles" + RT and i'll send it over (must be following so i can dm)

Today was my hardest workout before the Javelina 100—an uphill treadmill supercompensation session accumulating 60 minutes of intervals at 10% grade, starting at threshold and ending harder. I think uphill treadmill threshold sessions can be magical for some athletes. Threshold work is classically defined as LT2 or easier, around what you could sustain for 1 hour. In practice, that feels relatively relaxed at first, and it only starts to get harder after you accumulate a substantial amount of volume. The rationale of threshold work is that it improves lactate shuttling, helping mitochondria be more efficient at processing and transporting lactate, preventing fatigue cascades even at harder efforts on other days (or at easier efforts in marathons or ultras). In other words, it’s primarily an aerobic stress. Faster is not better. The real-world obstacles with threshold work are twofold. First, for most of us, it’s pretty slow when done right, or way too hard when done wrong. A study on the training of elite athletes found that long intervals had the lowest correlation with long-term growth, and this conundrum is probably why—athletes do their long intervals too hard, breaking themselves down without the mechanical or aerobic stimulus to justify it. Second, outdoor threshold work can be an injury risk. If I tried this workout outdoors, it would wreck my calves and high hamstrings for days. The uphill treadmill can help athletes get around these hurdles. It’s slower by design, putting the emphasis squarely on the aerobic system. That helps athletes develop a much more precise understanding of threshold. But perhaps most significantly, the uphill treadmill reduces impact forces immensely. When I finish one of these—even a supercompensation session—I feel fine the next day, allowing me to absorb way more work (and more specific work to my goals). Particularly with age, I find that running training is about managing the efforts that are high impact to be limited and focused. While most of the uphill treadmill work I do is very controlled, it’s also ok to occasionally dig deeper. Today was about supercompensation. It’s not called The Pain Cave for nothing 🔥

That is their mentality.” “My job is to think long-term, not just one match, not just one competition.” “And Neymar? A legend like him… must be on the pitch when he is truly ready, not just when emotions say so.” 🏆
