All I need … Eggs are rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals that support overall health. Eggplants are low in calories, high in fiber, and contain antioxidants that help protect the body. Together, they make a nutritious and healthy food choice.

Prompt: Ultra-realistic 8K 15-second vertical 9:16 TV commercial for MILO 180ml green carton in a dark, luxury, cinematic environment. The exact green MILO 180ml carton with original branding, logo, and details is the sole product hero. 0.0–1.5s: Macro slow push-in on the vertical MILO carton in darkness with subtle emerald energy lighting up condensation droplets. Controlled emerald burst behind the carton. 1.5–3.2s: Low-angle vertical tracking shot as the MILO carton moves upward surrounded by glowing emerald energy trails and chocolate particles. 3.2–5.0s: High-speed slow-motion chocolate splash with rich, glossy chocolate milk arcs and droplets swirling around the packaging. 5.0–7.0s: 180-degree orbit shot of a controlled, illuminated explosion of chocolate milk, cocoa mist, and emerald light behind the intact carton. 7.0–8.5s: Mid-air freeze frame of all floating chocolate droplets and energy trails; slow cinematic push toward the crisp, cold MILO carton. 8.5–10.5s: Macro beauty shot focusing on cold condensation droplets rolling down the green packaging surface with shallow depth of field. 10.5–12.8s: 360-degree smooth orbit camera showing a swirling ring of chocolate milk and green energy around the centered MILO carton. 12.8–15.0s: Energy collapses inward. Final slow push-in to a centered, hero shot of the MILO 180ml carton with rim lighting against a dark emerald background. Photorealistic food cinematography, high-speed macro, volumetric lighting, rich emerald and chocolate color palette, fast action-thriller pacing. No people, no hands, no modified packaging.

Shoulder turret is complete ✅ Utilises a B-Bone + Armature constraint mechanism for the ammo chain, which gives really nice motion from one or two controllers. Super easy to space switch too! Now it's time for the big man himself to come alive...

🍰 Only 2 ingredients for this creamy high-protein cheesecake? Yes, really. Just Greek yogurt + 1 egg. Whisk them together until smooth, pour into a ramekin, and bake at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes. Let it chill in the fridge… and you’ve got a surprisingly rich, cheesecake-like dessert with serious protein and almost zero guilt. The whisking action in the video shows exactly how simple it is — no fancy equipment, no sugar bomb, just pure satisfaction.

Florida executed a man Thursday for kidnapping, assaulting, and killing a 6-year-old girl. This aligns with their new law allowing the death penalty for adults who rape children under 12. Should every state adopt this policy? A. Yes B. No

Tom Holland refused to take a picture with Michael B. Jordan because he felt it was disrespectful that Michael wore the same vintage Spider-Man T-shirt as Zendaya. Michael has a beautiful spirit and is always willing to show up for people, but i really think he overdid it this time 😩😭

So when are they gonna tell the story about how unhinged this man really is? It's not just Kat. He does the same shit with the kids. He is the most loving man in the world as long as you're doing what he wants you to do. The moment you don't he snaps like a lunatic #BeyondTheGates

Fantasy Boys’ Lingqi, who previously filmed dance challenges with Jun, talked abt him during a recent online fansign saying that jun genuinely has such an amazing personality 🥹❤️ 👤 first of all, I think Wen Jun gege really really has an incredibly kind personality 👤 he’s such a senior (in the industry), but he comes across as so approachable
