Instead of filming it why dont you hire an exterminator for like 10k by tomorrow and have them spray the entire house down. Its the only way to save the house now. That house is likely screwed anyways, but at least you dont have to pay 50k for a demolition crew to tear it down.

I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure if you see swarms it's the worst case because those aren't just regular termites those are Kings and Queens. The only times you get those is with the colony is doing extremely well and by those numbers that house being devoured

Go to tractor supply & get permethrin. That stuff kills absolutely all life forms. Spray everywhere. Try to access framing to spray as well. Spray outside around the perimeter. It will kill all subterranean insects that come close to your home.

This same shit happened to my bedroom but on a much smaller scale poor guy I started spraying raid roach spray and them bitches started dropping like flies. That’s what he’s gonna have to do. Start spraying eventually they’ll all drop.
